Dr Malhi is amazing, skilled and down to earth. All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The dental office is clean, very modern, and welcoming. Highly recommend. Will visit again as I've found my go to dentist.

As a family of four, we needed a genuine Dentist who really CARE's and accommodating. Well, we are newbies to Erin Mill community and we are luck enough to get scheduled with Dr. Malhi.Dr. Malhi, a dentist specialist, really cares about patients needs and my daughter Srivarsha was extremely nervous about having her tooth removal, but the whole team made her feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, our dental experience was tremendously positive and painless. We are truly satisfied with their service and highly recommend Onyx Dental.

I honestly was dreading my 2 hour appointment. However, it was a breeze. My appointment was split into 2 sections. I started with Janette for 1 hour hygiene appointment. Janette was super patient and accommodated my need for breaks during the 1 hour session. For the second part of my appointment, I was cared for by the amazing Dr. Malhi who defies all stereotypes you associate with a dentist. He took his time and explained the procedure that was about to take place in great detail. I did inform him of my need for breaks which he granted me throughout my procedure. He is very calm and attentive and does not rush at all. He gives you his full attention. Debbie at the reception desk was very polite and inviting. Always greets you by your first name and is super helpful.

Very nice friendly environment! As a new patient not knowing what to expect, I was really pleased with how thorough my examination was. Every process was explained in detail and I was made to feel very comfortable by Dr. Malhi and his team(Suman). It was also refreshing to encounter a friendly and welcoming receptionist/Office Cordinator(Debbie) at a Doctor's office who seems to enjoy her job.Looking forward to my follow up visits :)

I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to this dental clinic, Dr.Malhi, his nurse(forgot to get her name) and Debbie from reception.I had a sudden onset of severe pain in one tooth, last night and I had managed to book an appointment with them for the 8th of May which is 10 days away. But they were kind enough to accommodate me today considering my pain, upon my request over just a text message.I’m a brand new patient, they had no obligation. I was just amazed even for this quick accommodation but my amazement rose 10 fold, after receiving the treatment.Being a very scared dental patient, I’m so thankful for Dr.Malhi’s quick, clear & precise approach. He was gentle and kept saying what he’s doing throughout the process, keeping me at ease and making sure I’m okay.His nurse was the same, she was patient despite me being very nervous. I messed up her first X-ray. She gave clear explanations and was kind enough to re-explain when I wanted my husband to know.Debbie at the reception is lovely & kind as well. She’s the one who called me and made sure that I’m seen today. I was the last patient for the day but still there was no rushed talks.I’m grateful I found this dental clinic from google & trusted the previous reviews. Fantastic experience with Dr Malhi and his wonderful staff. They are truly up to date on dental technology which i really appreciated. Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist!
