I shortlisted two dental services 8 months back to review the diagnosis and treatment plan that my reasonably good and competent dentist for the last 30 years and their referred periodontal expert gave me. It was an expensive plan involving bone and gum grafting. I checked out Onyx in the web since it was closed to my house and caught my eyes as i was driving through. Checked them out in the web and the amazing google reviews from previous customers encouraged me to visit them. I learnt that Dr.Malhi provides free consultation for implants and provided me a treatment plan that inspired my confidence. The plan did not require bone grafting since he found good bone structure required and that saved me significant time and money. My research showed that it will have a higher success rate and the charges were based on what actually needs to be performed. He even increased the site area to find a better site for the implant based on where i had good bone structure. It also eliminated potential future problems without adding significant cost. He performed the two implant surgery, gum grafting for the total area to strengthen the area. His office is equipped with scanning tools, besides X-Ray and ultrasonic cleaning to get into deep pockets. He was very good in showing what is going on and explaining what needs to be done. Very professional, competent, dedicated and diligent. When i had an allergy for a medication after one of the surgery , he responded immediately to my texts over the weekend late in the night. The atmosphere in his office is so good and i see happy employees enjoying what they do. I am happy to part of the Onyx family. The initial visit gave me such confidence and I proceeded without checking out my second dentist in the shortlist. I saw Renee for my cleanings and she was absolutely lovely, so friendly and sweet. Dr. Malhi is efficient and personable. Definitely recommend this dental practice.
